BLAIRE WEISER

Born into a family of hospitality entrepreneurs, Blaire has always been fascinated by the multifaceted collaborations that result in a memorable guest experience. From development to operations to branding, her role as an interior designer extends far beyond aesthetics, cultivating a holistic creative direction that integrates seamlessly with the work of other project partners.

Growing up in Miami, Blaire was exposed to the world of hospitality through her father and grandfather’s many projects throughout South Florida. Yet rather than impressions of eye-catching luxury or white-glove service, her clearest memories recall lessons on how hospitality could be informed by a distinct sense of place—developing destinations not only for travelers, but also local residents. Rooted in a sense of service, this operational philosophy defined Blaire’s worldview, bringing a uniquely strategic perspective to her interest in hospitality design.

After pursuing business and design studies in Denver, the early years of Blaire’s career spanned luxury residential, commercial and hospitality design, working at such industry-leading firms as Wimberly Interiors. This formative period was also marked by a purchasing role at Bray Whaler International, where she was immersed in the logistics, timelines and budgets of procuring custom furniture and finishes.

Then, in 2015, Blaire joined the team at JNS, one of Denver’s leading boutique architecture and interior design firms. Quickly becoming a creative leader within this tight-knit team, she partnered with other designers, architects and creative contributors, establishing an inherently collaborative approach to spatial storytelling. Rising to the Associate level at the firm, she increasingly spent her time at project sites, shepherding her team’s vision from ideation to execution.

After seven years at JNS, Blaire left the firm to become Director of Design & Development at Brightwild, where she worked alongside her father, Brad Weiser. This “full circle” experience inspired the founding of Sherwood Hospitality Group, drawing on their family’s multigenerational legacy and deep network of industry partners.
