Summary: This vacation rental resort outside of downtown Key West was envisioned as a collection of architecturally distinct private homes that function collectively as a luxury hotel. Ideal for groups—whether corporate teams, family travel or weddings—the concept speaks to an increasing interest in upscale residential experiences that offer hotel-level service. With 26 one-of-a-kind estates—each hosting 10-20 guests—our design challenge was to establish a holistic aesthetic for the resort, while also developing specific identities for each residence that draw from the history, architecture and natural beauty of Key West.
