Project: Asher Adams Hotel + Rouser Restaurant

Role: Interior Design Lead (Guestrooms, Public Spaces, F&B)

Summary: This multi-faceted adaptive reuse project was executed in partnership with Marriott Autograph Collection owners and representatives, as well as outside brand and F&B consultants. Our approach thus required a proactive, hands-on approach to each stakeholder relationship, in addition to navigating the unique private / public structure of this landmark project. Drawing from the history of the Union Pacific Depot and the golden age of train travel, our design concepts sought to preserve the building’s historic bones, while bringing a modern, engaging perspective to the property’s role within the bustling Gateway outdoor mall.
