Summary: Located within the walkable retail and luxury residential district of Cherry Creek, this 154-key hotel was envisioned to mirror a stay with a stylish friend. Building from a concept developed by AvroKO Design, the JNS team leveraged a design-build approach to execution and implementation throughout the guestrooms and unique public spaces. From a rooftop pool and bar, to a basement speakeasy and several larger suites for extended stays, the unique amenities and upscale home-like decor helped this property become the highest cost per key in Denver’s pre-pandemic hotel history.
